Here’s a first look at the Zugster pannier. I’ll probably be making only this small size, or maybe one size larger. These are simple panniers, for city bikes. I am not intending to make touring panniers.

Like everything else I make, they’re constructed out of heavy Cordura with a vinyl liner. The flap is much like the rando bag flap, with “wings” on the side that fold under to avoid having a gap that would allow precipitation into the bag.

Also in this photo is a size small rando bag in a blue skies/navy blue/linen colorway. That design is basically complete, pending the arrival of some materials – there will be 5 sizes available for ordering next month.
